GLX typically performs these services by profiling Customers and presenting them to the investment community through the use of traditional and internet media.

Customers featured by GLX may pay consideration, which may include cash, shares of stock, service trade and/or any combination thereof to GLX for the dissemination of said Customers information and, in some cases, said services described above. In the event that a Customer’s securities are publicly traded (herein “Public Customer”) and GLX receives shares as compensation for services from a Public Customer, GLX may sell part or all of any such shares during the period in which GLX is performing such services. GLX’s services for a Public Customer may cause the Public Customer’s stock price to increase, in which event GLX would make a profit if it sells its stock in said Public Customer. GLX’s selling of a Public Customer’s stock may have a negative effect on the market price of the stock. Additionally, GLX or any of its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents and associates, and/or associates thereof may buy and sell securities, for investment purposes, for its own account in Public Customers of GLX. These securities may be bought and sold privately and/or in the open market. This should be viewed as a conflict of interest by shareholders and/or prospective shareholders of said Public Customers.
