Corey has been in the financial industry for 22-years. He joined World Market Media in August of 2009 as the VP Sales & Marketing. Corey has been tasked with overseeing the listing of corporations on the GLX – Global Listing Exchange. He is also responsible for facilitating their goals, image, and economics in the social media/viral universe.
In 1991, he was working with a boutique brokerage firm in Pittsburgh, PA. While there, he oversaw client portfolio solutions and was a trader for their portfolio. He was promoted to Vice President of Private Client Services as well as a Wealth Management Director with the firm in 1994. In 1995 he moved to Palm Beach, FL. Corey spent 13-years at various boutique investment firms in Palm Beach, FL. From 1997 until 2002, he was the President and Founder of Bavarian Management, a specialty private equity firm. There he oversaw unique and comprehensive portfolio solutions and wealth management augmentationor select clients. He and his team built the portfolio to over $350 million and participated in over $1 billion in new and existing transactions through various entities. In 2004 Corey created a wealth advisory/consultation firm named JK Advisors of which he was the managing partner and founder. The firm catered to the needs of high net worth individual and family offices. The object of the firm was counsel, evaluation and management of client’s interests for maximum financial potential in their specialized field/industry. Corey holds a series 7, 63 & 24 securities license. He is also licensed in Life, Health, and Variable Annuity insurance with the State of Florida, as well as several other states.
Corey has attended both Westminster and Robert Morris Colleges in Pennsylvania. He is active in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society having served on its board of trustees in the capacities of both Vice President of charitable giving and Chairman of Legacy Donors. Corey is a native of Pittsburgh, PA.

Since its inception in October 2003 to October 2009, Brett has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Club Scene Media Group, Inc. Club Scene Media Group is based in Las Vegas, NV and is developing a niche social network for nightlife, entertainment and fashion branded globally on a localized basis. In addition to its online business model Club Scene also produces events bringing their virtual community to reality. Brett is founder of dealguys.net, an exclusive social network where investment professionals, executives of public companies and executives from other businesses related the financial markets can connect, recommend and present opportunities to each other. From 2001 until July 2005, Brett was the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of The Liquid Consulting Group, Inc., a full service investor and public relations boutique firm. From 1999 until May 2007, Brett was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Design Group, a web development and graphic design outsourcing firm with offices in India as well as the United States.
Brett has been a consultant to many start-up companies including high tech Internet to traditional brick and mortar companies. Brett resides on the Board of Directors of 4 public companies, 3 private companies and 2 organizations. Brett also has military training ranging from Civil Affairs Specialist (38A) to Combat Engineer (12B). While in the US ARMY he was awarded the Outstanding American award twice, the second time with honorable mention.
Brett studied Environmental Liberal Arts at Green Mountain College and Entrepreneurship classes at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Brett also attended elective International Business and Finance classes at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Since 2006, he has completed over $350 million in acquisitions focused on the investor relations, corporate communications, financial technology, media, and trading exchange industries. Before launching Villani Advisors, Enzo was founding member, EVP & Chief Strategy Officer of DF King Worldwide (formerly Sage Holdings). King Worldwide is the leading global Stakeholder Management and Financial Communications firm. Formed in 2007 as a private equity backed acquisition vehicle through The Riverside Company, the King Worldwide family now comprises of D. F. Prior to launching DF King Worldwide, Enzo was Managing Director of Products and Strategy at the NASDAQ OMX where he established NASDAQ Corporate Services through a series of alliances and acquisitions. In 2006 he lead the acquisition of Shareholder.com and Prime Zone Media Network (now GlobeNewswire). Corporate Services has developed into a growth business line in NASDAQ OMX and continues to develop new products and services for public companies. In 1998, Enzo co-founded Rivet Integrated Marketing. As CEO, he developed a pioneering methodology for integrating traditional and interactive marketing. Rivet’s clients included: NASDAQ, Citibank, R/GA, AOL Time Warner, Kx Systems, Track Data Securities, and The Ford Foundation. Prior to Rivet, Enzo was Director of Internet Development at Integrated Office Solutions (IOS), a system integrator and Microsoft Gold Partner servicing the top 10 investment banks sold to Exodus Communications. He pioneered early web design and development for Modem Media, Byron Preiss Multimedia, MSNBC, and Intel.
Enzo holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Johnson School at Cornell University and completed his Bachelor of Arts from Iona College while working on the block equities desk for Lehman Brothers. He has studied at Pratt Institute and at The School of Visual Arts. He lives in Westchester with his wife and two children.
In 2004 Michael acquired US EURO Securities, Inc., a boutique investment banking firm, and focused on the micro-cap, small-cap sector, providing international services that are customarily only available to much larger companies. He opened satellite offices serving three continents, offering a range of traditional investment banking and international services, including American, European, and Asian-Pacific roadshows with an emphasis on exchange listing, private placements, public offerings, international institutional exposure, international research coverage, and cross-border market entry and development.
In 1996 Michael launched an investment banking career by joining I-Bankers Securities and heading up a New York office as a principle and partner. He was responsible for investment banking negotiation and documentation of transaction terms, due diligence, all aspects of the transaction process, coordinating legal, auditing and issuer development and completion of offering and marketing materials. Michael helped develop I-Bankers investment banking and built a plan to succeed in international small cap equity markets by opening and working out of European satellite offices. He traveled throughout Europe with Issuers for roadshow presentations to institutional investors, giving small cap issuers access to capital markets and institutional investors access to choice small cap investments. Michael focused on investment banking, international presence, IPO and private placement origination, institutional distribution, innovative approach, integrity and insight.

For charity, David hosted the Harvard Club and Boston Symphony performances at his house and sat on the advisory board of Best Buddies Charity for autistic kids. He has been behind raising $250,000 in charity donations through his produced Carnegie Hall concert series.
David speaks 6 languages and holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Chemistry and Marketing from the American University in Washington, D.C. He holds an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Law and Economics from George Washington University where he was awarded the Wallenberg Scholarship for academic merit.
